Jerry Woodrow is an experienced executive having served in top leadership roles in both the private and public sectors.

Jerry has moved his focus and specializes in the conversion of paper-based training to electronic learning in both Web and Mobile technologies.

He is a Certified Behavioral Analyst. His bachelors and graduate studies are in Education. He received his M.S. in Instructional Design with emphasis on eLearning.

Susan Woodrow

Susan Woodrow is a senior instructional designer who has designed training for Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Susan’s design experience covers paper-based and e-learning training.  She is adept at transferring paper-based materials into e-learning programs.

Among the companies, Susan has worked with are Prudential, Alcoa, American Society for Quality and International Business Training Association.

Her skills entail providing Kirkpatrick’s levels 3 and 4 assessments for transferring training to the job.

Susan has a B.A. in Adult Education and Professional Communication.  Her M.S. is in instructional design with a focus on e-learning.
